Synodontis resupinata?

Synodontis resupinata?

I'm quite convinced that my group of are in fact .

They have long anal fin, pointed humerall process and branced maxillary barbels, doesn't fit with batensoda.

There might be misidentification at Cat-eLog as well. What do you think guys?

Those maxillary barbels are a definite giveaway, I think you are quite correct in your ID.

If you do not have the original description let me know, I will send it.It has a good drawing.

These pictures belong in the Cat-eLog if you are willing?

I have a feeling they ARE in the Cat-eLog (or some similar ones).

Went and had a look at our's and compared them with the figure in Boulenger, and it's a snap for them as well...

Jippo called me few weeks ago about these Synos. Seems to me that i got these too. So hunt for the Brachysynos still continues.

It would seem that none of Jippo's or Junttis'b images are in the Cat-eLog in either of the B. batensoda or S. resupinata... So we would be very grateful for an e-mail or two with some or all (or more) of the pictures in this thread....
