Centromochlus perugiae vs Ich
It seems my beautiful pair of honeycombs has ich.
I was very worried about it a week ago when it first showed up. I started doing more frequent water changes, good feedings and the ich spots all dissapeared for a couple days. Now they are back, but worse. Tank was at 79 before, I have raised it to 82. They still eat like pigs. Meds would kill my shrimp. I dont have a hospital tank. Options>? Thanks.

Keep the temperature high, and keep oxygen levels up. It's entirely in line with normal Ich to "disappear and come back again".
