Looks like some sort of Chrysichthys sp. but not sure the exact species.

these are very hard to determinate

several species look a lot like each other when juvenile

for example look here, here and here

the only way to be sure is to raise it to adulthood
even then it's not an easy job

yeah, and that's why they are so hard to determinate
for me as well....

These are very hard and there is no revision for this genus. I have 15-20pcs of Chrysichthys, there is maybe 7-10 different species but only 100% correct species is .

This one looks a bit same that I have, no clue about species:
