Wasn't sure where to post this but since it was related to Panda Corydoras I guess ill post here. My question is, do I have any control such as filing a claim or trying to get my money back if I selected UPS as shipping and the seller ships as fedex? Reason being is that my apartment complex is at the end of the Fedex route and the driver wasn't able to deliver packages to the office since they close sometimes before he can get there.
I received my fish two days later then the expected delivery date, and sadly they all perished. The place I ordered from only had options for UPS and USPS, so I'm a little confused why the used Fedex first of all.
