280g setup and fish, memphis tn

Selling my 280 gallon aquarium (6'lx3'wx25"t) with oak stand, fx5 canister filter rated for 400 g aquarium, 2-300w heaters rated up to 265g aquarium each, 4' light, lids, 300 lbs of aquarium sand and some other extras. tank and equipment was bought and set up dec 2011. Tank is drilled for sump with a drain hole and a return hole and black overflow box but im currently runing a canister filter. Will consider partial trade for a 180g setup for my remaining fish.
