I don't think this is L075. Something like L163 or L147 perhaps?

Lou: It's still a three-way!

There is spotting in the dorsal fin so it is not L163.

I can't see well enough from the photos but the tail does not seem to have the extended lower lobe as in L75.

L147 seems the best match but the spotting seems more sparse than the photos in the catelog.

L163 doesnt have spots on the dorsalfin and spots on the tailfin.

L147 is possible.

Except that the upper lobe of the caudal fin is longer than the lower lobe in your fish. In L75 the lower lobe is longer.

But it is possible the lower lobe on your fish got nipped so it appears shorter.

If you take away the difference in the caudal fin I would say it was an L75. But I will defer to someone who is more of an expert on the subject.

I'm no expert, but this does look like a L075 to me. it's not the stereotype, but in most fish species, some individuals show different colours or patterns so I wouldn't worry about that too much.

and if it's not L075, what would it be then? doesn't look like any of the known Peckoltia species, and I am quite sure it is a Peckoltia. So if someone can definitely say it's not L075, it must be a new species.

but I'll stick to L075 until then :d
