It's certainly one of the group of similar L numbers. I think small ones have that pattern from time to time.
I don't think the photo is of the actual fish for sale though. The setting just doesn't look right. Google "galaxy pleco" and the photo appears in other places!

I have emailed the seller asking if this is a photo of the actual fish for sale, or a stock photo but no reply as yet.

The odd pattern is natural for L29 and even L007, this pattern shows when they are stressed and at night, they can change to this pattern very quickly. I know some was offering this "pattern" as a "new" specie last year... even IBAMA didn't know better and confiscated the shipment just to find out they made a mistake, but if you are out for money and don't care if the client get fooled, shit happens ;)
