In testing the water levels everything tested perfect.

Sorry about the fish Cartman.
Any new fish recently?
Have any chemical treatments been used in your home or close to that you are aware of recently?
Any symptoms on any other fish?
How did the deaths occur? Were they gasping at all, hanging at the surface?
Were the barbels intact or did they show any signs of 'withering' at the tips?

Did you do a large volume water change a few weeks ago, or move the tank? Did you test for ammonia or nitrites when the fish started to act ill? What were the readings?

what was the water temp? Any fluctuations? Did you test to see if there were electrical currents in the water? AS if your heater broke.
