Brazil, Colombia or captive bred?

Caudalfin/pattern/eyes fit young fish from L066/L399/L400 group.

This is brazilian pleco you can see body shape and the tail very pointy

captive bred

Latly i import a big group of ten wild cought L-066 and two fish look the same .The rest all look different

I agree with Haakon. Scribbled Hypancistrus is a mess lately to ID... With the forked tail, L66/ L400 is your best bet.
