Microsynodontis polli size adjustment
I think we could easiliy adjust the size for from 41 mm SL to
60 mm SL.
All in favour??

the fish in my clog images was at least 6 if not 7cm SL.

So, I think, within reason, you don't need "everyone to agree". Just reasonably good evidence - I'd say "The photo shows the correct species, and size is possible to determene".
I would definitely update based on that photo - even if I didn't take the photo myself.
The situation where I wouldn't update the Cat-eLog is when someone posts "I've got one of <name of fish>, and it's much larger than it says in the Cat-eLog, it must be at least X mm", but no photo provided to show the size at all - or a photo of the fish in the tank, with nothing to measure against. Far too often, either the ID or the measurement is incorrect. Someone on another forum asked "Do S. decora grow to two feet?", and then sent me a link to a supposed 2ft S. decora - which turned out to be more like 12" SL at the most - given the size of other tank-mates as well as rough calculation of the sides from volume of the tank.
