Trouble Accessing PlanetCatfish

For the past three days I have been unable to access the site. Anyone have suggestions on why this is so?

It looks like 202.78.97.139, a skyinet router, is faulty or under a DoS attack. Try contacting them to see if they can do anything about it. Running this diagnostic from the planetcatfish.com servers and my computer gives the same result.
