Clarias leiacanthus?

Post by Animusartificio »

I have an 8cm specimen last year, sold as C. leiacanthus (they call it 'karai'). The seller cant told me where the fish comes from. Surviving for only 1 week & died by bacterial infection.

Too bad I only have this pict of him in my database, hope it can be useful.

After a short look at the first leiacanthus picture on Cat-eLog I found it looks like different species, especially the head shape. Could it possibly different species? Thank you. :)

Without a better photo, I'd say that is C. lei acanthus.
