Is L99 banned?

I'm trying to find some L99 in Canada, but nobody seems to be able to get them. Are they on the ban list?

I haven't seen them listed available in the US in a few years.. not sure if they are banned or not.

Follow this other thread for the approved export list from Brazil.
L99s are on line number 589.

Wow , I won mine in a cichlid raffle back in the spring this year. It's doing great, I never get to see it though.
