Nice paper. There is also a number of other L-numbers which are assigned to new species. L363 is now Spectracanthicus immaculatus and L020 and L354 are now S. zuanoni. They also agree with Armbruster (2004) that Oligancistrus is a junior synonym of Spectracanthicus.

Agree, immaculatus doesn't match L 363 at all. Unfortunately it is named as L 363 in the paper.

I am working through the cat-elog now making the majority of these changes. Not sure about L197=L269, so have made it confer in the meantime. The "difference" I can see is brown (versus black) "settled in the aquarium" colouration.
