ID This Corydoras PLEASE !!!

Post by bunthid tumnontigoon »

Hello! Again Everyone :-!

I am planning to buy some WILD Corydoras from The Wet Spot Tropical Fish under the name of Corydoras Ambiacus WILD Peru. But in my opinion, I think these WILD Corydoras are NOT Corydoras Ambiacus, but I am NOT really sure what species they are. They should be something else because of the big dots on their bodies and they do NOT have a large black blotch on their dorsal-fins and I think they are NOT WILD Corydoras Agassizii as well because of very different on their body patterns. I am very interested, so could someone really help me? It will be greatly appreciated very much. Thank you. :-\

And this is the website that you can see the photo.

They actually look more like juvenile C. delfax. Like many of the larger spotted species the pattern changes as the fish grow and become full mature adults.

Thank you very much, Mr. Ian :-!

I really appreciated that very much, but Mr. Ian is Corydoras Delplax also from PERU as well? I did ask and they said they are from PERU, but can NOT tell specific lacation. I just wonder because I am studying about them as well for my knowledge. I also post another photo of them to make sure they are juvenile Corydoras Delplax. Oh! and most of them has many dots on their faces as well. Thank you very much again Mr. Ian and I will wait for your reply. :-\
