397s are banned from import to the states, so they will be next to impossible to find. I have been looking for 397s for 3 or 4 years with no luck. Good luck.

AHHHH, this has been explained several times before! L397 are not "banned from import to the states", they are banned from export from Brazil. The two statements are not the same thing ...397s are banned from import to the states

True, but it implies that the USA actively bans the import of plecos, and have their own list of banned species, which they don't. Might confuse folks.But the results are the same - they are next to impossible to obtain in the states.
