What if..

My wife has got my doubting about my tank... (163x124x080 cm3, netto 1500 liters).

I'm currently eveluating a possible switch to SA

Is this tank suitable for Cory's, considering the height of the tank (80cm glass height)?
And what Cory's would be suitable for this tank?
I do have experience with a couple of Cory species and even a 'simple' Corydoras paleatus is a winner in my book, so it doesn't need to be all difficult for me.
The idea is to, eventually, have a insanely large group (30+ for starters), or would two species look nicer?
Tankmates are not important, some Characidae species (2 large groups perhaps), perhaps some Hoplosternum and some Nanancara-like cichlids, or some angelfish

Seriously though they would love love this tank, many of the river video I see have greater depth then this tank..

If I was to do a SA tank I would go with , or ....social and active ....and do not tell anyone but I still have a group of each species of ...

:d It's the misses Birger, she made me second guess
"I really don't like this tank"
"I would love to see more colours in your tank"
Etc. Etc.

I will however keep my small tank West Africa-themed b-)

If I would make this switch, I would stick with the smaller species, but in large numbers.
Hopefully I will get to see more natural behaviour that way:
