31: RSS feed subscription link doesn't work.

Hi Jools,
Another bug. Maybe this is also a mobile thing, so I'm just adding it to the list of low priorities.

If you click on the link that says, "Subscribe to our latest posts feed" on the PC front page (first pic), or if you click on the RSS feed icon beside it, you get the following message: "No route found for "GET /smartfeed.php"." (second pic)
