Next time I'll come across a misshaped fish that needed a rescue from a tank not much bigger than itself, I'll probably remember this story and relive these heartbreaking pictures in my head, granted fish are not dogs, but still there is a significant similarity:

Having just bought a puppy I find this sort of thing sad. So rarely are nice stories reported anymore.
