Hi,
prices depend a lot on the region so I cannot tell much but...
Under the name Corydoras punctatus In the pet shop you will only find other species that are wrongly labeled
.
The other mentioned species are more or less common over here, perhaps twice to three times the price of C. aeneus or C. paleatus. However, I have not yet seen an albino of C. sterbai in the trade.

Albino Sterbai are not uncommon in the UK although prices really vary up & down the country.
Metae £4-6, Lasers £6-10 (or more), sterbai about the same & albinos a little bit more

In france, I have never see albinos sterbai.....
But normal are between 7 and 10 euros in a shop.....
And when you buy at flea market (a man and it's not is job) you can buy at 3 € or ten for 25 €
