I believe it is a female L201, but was wondering if you guys could help confirm that? I'm worried she may be getting bloat so I plan to move her to a 20gH quarantine tomorrow to keep a better eye on her.

Honestly, you need to get better pictures. Something for size reference, from above as well. What did you purchase it as? She may just be gravid.
