Ng, HH & W-S Jiang, 2015. Intrafamilial relationships of the Asian hillstream catfish family Sisoridae (Teleostei: Siluriformes) inferred from nuclear and mitochondrial DNA sequences. Ichthyological Exploration of Freshwaters 26: 229–240.
Abstract
The phylogeny of the Asian hillstream catfish family Sisoridae (Teleostei: Siluriformes) was inferred from one nuclear (rag2) locus and one mitochondrial (COI) locus in this study. We recovered a monophyletic Sisoridae based on a sampling that included at least one representative from 21 of the 22 genera currently recognized. Our results confirm those from previous studies that the Erethistidae is nested within, and a synonym of the Sisoridae. All our analyses recovered three monophyletic subclades within the family: Erethistini, Sisorini and Bagariini, but we were unable to recover a monophyletic Glyptosterninae. Fully resolving intrafamilial relationships of the Sisoridae requires better taxon and locus sampling.

You don't want the other paper? These two studies were why the 2004 India trip happened.
