Catfish food..

Post by Mustang87 »

During my life I had some fish in my tank... guppy, shrimps, angelfish, discus etc etc in 22Years of honorable passione.. during that time I try to find the perfect food .. from 2 years I use Orijen SixFish Cat ( cat's food ) .. yes I use cat's food for my fish .. in 2 Years with this diet I obtained:
Discus spwaning in comunity tank ( baby discus swim with parents for 30days in a comunity tank )
20+ sturisoma spawn
5 geophagus spawn

Now I feed my STurisoma, Peckoltia and Hypancistrus with orijen..
What do you think about this food? after some research I think that is the best product quality/prize that we can found

I'd not do it.

You can read threads like these for more info, opinions, etc., some pro, some con but I think the experts consensus is con - food derived from warm-blooded animals and terrestrial plants are not good for cold-blooded aquatic animals like fish. Moreover, "grain-free" foods are touched upon here too by RD, our expert in residence:
