Hypancistrus L173 feeding

Hi everybody. Are there many people who feed plecos by this way?
I feed my pleco in this way since 2014 year.
I think its really good way for feed

Very nice. How do you manage to drop the food on top of the stone?

I dry stone with food. And then I put it into the tank. Food sticks good for stone surface.
I also feed Hypancistrus fry by this way

1. What food are you feeding the L173 adults and L46 fry?
2. Is the food in paste form?

Sorry for long answer. Yes its paste form. But i dry this paste before use. Because food attach better in this way
