the wet spot expierence?

I was thinking of ordering from them and was wondering what people's expierence was with them.

Awesome store. I got oil cats from there and they were great. My only concern at the time is I think the staff can be a little curt in their customer service sometimes. But that was three years ago.

A staple in the online vending. Good rep. An occasional bad report but then there are also people who cannot be pleased. They have a high volume of sales, so as Eric says, might aim to spend as little time is feasible for them on any given customer.

Type the question in the search engine on MFK too. Lots of MFKers buy from them. I have done so about a dozen of times. 90%+ positive rating.

I have no experience shipping with Wet Spot but have brought back fish from there when I have flown there 3x in the last couple of years. Their stock is excellent and they know how to pack for extended time in bags. As for the curtness of the staff, I've never experienced anything but focussed attention to what I wanted. I would highly recommend them, especially for their variety of rare and unusual species.

Wet Spot tropical fish is so awesome! I highly recommend them! I have done about two maybe three or four orders with them and each time I was 100 percent pleased. Great customer service, great fish, great professional packing, and the fish are always healthy. I got my megladoras irwini from them and they always have an interesting list of catfish.
