Back when I was a child, I started getting fascinated by all sorts of fish species. It started with breeds of goldfish and eventually after a few years, I started with tropical fish species. When I started studying at college, I added an aquarium to my dorm room. I eventually added some Corydoras schwartzi individuals to my tank. I think that moment was THE moment in my life when I fell in love and got fascinated by catfish in general.
I mostly love catfish from South-America (especially the species that don't get too big or even are just small). But I'm certainly not afraid of species from other parts of the world. Mostly I stick to omnivores and herbivores.
Besides that, I love monitoring my fish tanks at my 'starters fish house' (still busy with adding certain elements and improving the whole thing, haha). So yes, I sometimes love to get lost at my water chemistry aspects or hardware topics, etc.
People mostly describe me as: driven, curious, intense, sometimes formal sometimes playful (best of the both worlds!

Anyways! Glad to jump into this pool of a forum! Let's get nerdy!
Kind regards
