It seems that a lot of the special plecos in Peckoltia, Hypancistrus, and Panaqolus can only breed at 28-30C.
Outside of the common bristle nose, are there any other plecos that breed at 24-26C?

Lots of plecos can be spawned at those temperatures. I have spawned for example Panaqolus maccus in that range. Just stay away from species from the Xingu, Negro, and upper Orinoco. That still leaves 100s of species to work with.
