Who can tell an old man how to do this?

I've got lots of photos, but none so small.

I even see "video-type" avatars. All in 16 kb???

How do I do this?

I really need some help here!

Just resize the picture to the appropriate size using any one of the photoediting software available (Photoshop, MS Photo Draw, etc.), and then upload it to the PC server when editing your profile.
This FAQ may help.

I've got several photo-editing programmes: Kodak EasyShare; Corel Photo House; PhotoBrowser; KORES; and none will resize a photo that small.

Do I need a special program to do this, or am I just slow? It could weel be the latter!

I haven't used any of those programs, so I can't comment on their limitations.
I suppose you could email me the photo you want and I'll resize it for you.

you can also do it with ms-paint if you can convert the pic to bmp and back again.

Hi,
I think, you can size every photo that small.
Take size about 50 pixel width, then it will be ok.

well, it can be done; just did it with mine.

But I had to use windoozpaint wich I positively HATE

bad, crappy software wich does exactly what you don't want and refuses to budge to what you DO want.

If you have access to any other software that does the same, but less #@%@#$!@$!@crap, please do so.

and then tell me about it, so I can TRASH @##$@#$paint
