Multiple mis-plottings of type localities in new Parauchenoglanis species

Hi Jools,

For some unknown to me reason, five of the new species of
Parauchenoglanis
were incorrectly plotted with North instead of South latitudes. I fixed one last week and the other four today. Is this just bad data input from the source website? Or is there something wrong here on PCF that is causing this?

Bad data I think, using ʹ (an internationally different character that looks the same as ') was the problem. Thanks for fixing it up.
