White Spot Pleco ???

Looks the same as orange spotted but has white spots and cannot find name or code number.. The spots are actually more light blue than white and fish has a darkish blue tint (although does not show in photo)...

Hi,

I would call it a L4. If you look at it from the top, it should have a kind of "nose" and not just a round circled snout siluette. Teeth should be only few, large and fork-shaped (two tips). It's not a described species, belongs to the genus Hypancistrus (s.l.) and is in the trade frequently available as "Peckoltia angelicus".
