I got a phone call the other day and was told these little guys just came in from burma, burmese or something like that. i have no clue

any help identifing is most appreciated. all fish range in size from 3/4 of an inch to 1 1/4 inches. Extremely actice at night as well. something else they are much thinner than most of the other asian catfish that i have kept.

An undescribed Akysis from the Ataran River drainage. It's in the Cat-eLog as Akysis sp.(1).

Maximum size is about 40 mm SL.

Well my akysis have settled in nicely. I have feed live brine and blood worms. I have not seen anyone eating any of the prepeared foods as of this time. I will keep all posted.
