What rocks are the best to use??

Would two Synodontis cf. petricola''dwarf'' be ok in a 60cm tank??

Coral or lava rock should be fine.

you might think about adding 1-2 more. If catfish are the main inhabitants of your tiny Tang tank, about 4 or so dwarfs will be comfortable in that tank, and they really like the company.
