), it's a JBJ Formosa 4x65w Compact flourescent daylight bulbs. almost 300 w of pure white daylight. Lets me use about 1/60 - 1/100 shutter speed, with ISO 100 (which makes it less grainy) and Flourescent white balance. Quick shutter speed is the key, it took me so long to get good pictus shots.
