Banded Peckoltia?

Banded Peckoltia?

This is my new guy, and I haven't figured out a name for him yet. But he's so totally cool.
The aquatic centre I bought him at had him listed as a Hairy Pleco but I knew it wasn't right... so I bought him anyways. The nearest thing I've seen is the Banded Peckoltia, so is that what it is?

Your picture looks very much like Hypancistris sp. L199. Imagine a slightly bulkier zebra pleco. Check the mouth, it will be considerably smaller than most if it is the meat eating Hypancistrus.
