Cory id please!

Post by Fiskars the Whiskers »

Well! I haven't posted in awhile, but I've finally got a new cory and I don't know what to i.d. him/her as! I looked through the Cat-eLog, and the closest thing I could find that looked similar to mine was the C. Sodalis, only because of the variations that the Sodalis seem to have. My fish looks like an aenus cory, but grey with trilineatus markings. I attempted some pictures, which aren't that great, but might help!

Any help would be appreciated! Right now he is busily exploring the quarantine tank along with two otocinclus. He's a chipper little thing and I'd love to know what he is. Thanks! :D

Hi!

Have you check in the Cat-elog!

By the look of the body shape I would say it is certainly a member of the elegans group...

Possibly...

a better pictures would certainly help get a more accruate id...
Cheers
