Which med should I try now?

Hello,
The skin is gone from one of the side fins of my 12inch channel cat; leaving just the bare spine. I'm not sure if this is bacterial related or an abrasion from the "Pond Matrix" that I used for a substrate. I have been using a combination of penecillen, primafix, and melafix; per the directions for each. Murphy has also stopped eating the minnows and pellets that he loved so much. Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.

I would stop medicating and let the fish heal by itself. Channel catfish are tough.

That's what I was leaning toward. When I moved Him to my qt tank I also found out the wound seems to be very clean. Likewise I'm not that worred about the other fish in the pond with a 36watt turbotwist 12x installed.
