tank size for dwarf bristlenose

what is the min size tank for a pair of dwarf br's ?????????????????????????????????


the problem is i need to put them in a 10 gallon for a few weeks and want to make sure they will do ok

A pair will be fine in a cycled 10 gallon tank for a few weeks, yes.

Never heard of Dwarf Bristlenoses.....is it an artificial bred variety, like the longfin or the albino?

Are you sure it's not the regular brown one? the Common Bristlenose (Ancistrus domesticus).
these reach 3,5-4", wich still isn't big.

I breed mine in a 100 L (25G?) tank. It can be done in a smaller one (I sometimes transfer the male with eggs to a 15G and remove him when the fry swarms), but chances are fairly big that the male will harass the female 24/7.

they are bristlenose


i am looking at getting lonfinned bristlenose placos

and was told that they are dwarfs which i thoght seemed odd
