ok i heard the redtail catfish when its fully grown to about 3-5ft...that it could eat a live human baby,im wondering if its true because thats what it said on some site.True or not??

It''s another fine example of what we call in Dutch "Broodje Aap"(translates as "monkey Burger" :roll: ).

balderdash, gibberish, sheer nonense; whatever appropriate term you can use etc.
the only fish that MIGHT have tackled some bathing little kids in South Amrica is the Paulicea lutkeni or something similar to it.
(maybe this cat has another name)

That's a fish that reaches 6-7 foot or something.

a mere 5 foot redtail could swallow a fish the size of an adult Oscar, that's about it.

how would anybody pull it off? catch the fish; cram the newborn baby headfirst in it, and use that as evidence?
