First: feed less; your fish is likely overfed. These beasties should be fed once or twice a week.

next: your fish is suffering from some bacterial infection! this is visible because not only the belly is too big, but the eyes stick out like telescopes....it's watermaintenance is off limits; the kidneys aren't working properly.

You can use seasalt without iodine to threat this, together with medication.

first; replace about 1/3 of the water, then add medication and salt. a few (2-3) full tablespoons for every 100 liters/25 gals of water.

stop feeding the fish for a week or two also.

Well, if you're told to not feed it for a week or two, then I wouldn't expect the belly to disapear in two days... Just keep on NOT feeding it, and I'm sure the belly will reduce in time. Let's say you ate too much food for a while, do you think your extra food would disappear in a day or two?

These fish are predators. They will eat as long as there is food, but in nature, they rarely have a good supply of food at all times. So they starve a bit now and again. That's fine. They don't need feeding ALL THE TIME.
