im interested in one of these for my 75g. how hardy are they and also would they get along with my yoyos loaches

Liosomadoras is a hardy species, except when they have just arrived at the wholesalers. Then they are liable to diseases, like most Auchenipterids & Doradids. Apparently they don't like long transportations. If you have the chance, buy some or one at the LFS that has been there for some time and of course looks good, which means nice colours and a flat or full belly. Pick one that hides: when these fish are swimming up and down there's something troubling them.
They are easily sexed by differences in the analfin (see Cat-eLog).
The jaguar is an asset to every tank, but refrain from smaller inmates as they could end up on its menu.
Driftwood and plants to hide are necessary for its well being.

if you decided to purchase one of these cats
to go in with your yoyo loach,, make sure that there is ample hiding spaces ,, because if not, they may tend to swabble over the choice of hiding places . and the loach can do some damage with the spine that is located around the eye, when fights breakout. it may be worth moving the hiding places around when introducing your new catfish, so that everything seems to be different to the resident fish as well as your new purchase and therefore lessen the degree of territoriality,
