Trouble with ID

Trouble with ID

I still don't have a digital camera, but I hope you can help me in the right direction. I found this fish in a batch of oto's, but it is quite different. I have searched the catelog but haven't found something that is even close. So I'm already happy if I'm pointed in the right direction.

It isn't that large (yet??) with the size of my Oto's. It does have the same head, eyes on the side, but has the body of a Loricaria. It's tail is narrow and long and the tailfin is small.

I hope I can provide a picture soon to make it all more clear.

Sounds like an Oxyropsis.

It looks exactly like the top one, except for the coloration.

How do you know all this?? :wink:
