Tank is labelled as 220 gallons, but I have no clue where that number came from. The tank is an old one, at my work, and granted, it's easily over 150 gallons, but I've never seen a 220 dimension wise. I'll get them.
Tank has one foot long lima shovelnose, 1 common pleco, and 7 silver dollars, all six inches long each. Unfortunately, the tank also has a ton of freaking rockwork, making it hard for the cat to turn around easily.
I know limas like the company of their kind; but I'm worried about the limitations of the tank's width. I'll get the exact numbers tomorrow. Am looking for popular opinion as to if I should pressure my boss to get another shovelnose, so the first has company.
Myself, I'd just like to find him a better home and grab a school of pictus cats. The people who visit my zoo aren't of the highest caliber of intelligence; they'd love the shiny silver and the huge whiskers of pictus.

Lima shovelnose, again
But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I will be unique in all the world..... You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed.

You should be able to figure out the volume with the simple formula:Taratron wrote:Tank is labelled as 220 gallons, but I have no clue where that number came from. The tank is an old one, at my work, and granted, it's easily over 150 gallons, but I've never seen a 220 dimension wise. I'll get them.
L x H x W in inches -> cubic inches.
CI/232 -> US gallons.
Pictus cats are very nice. But that may say more about my (lack of) intelligence than the catsTaratron wrote:Myself, I'd just like to find him a better home and grab a school of pictus cats.
