Walking Catfish legal in US/Colorado?

Walking Catfish legal in US/Colorado?

The lovely clarias batrachus- I've read that they've been banned in "many places"... Anyone know if I'm allowed to keep one in Colorado?

Wow... I had no idea piranhas and gars were technically illegal here too. Good grief.
Although many people certainly keep them anyway... hmm.
