hello folks

early last year i picked up some cory auneus long fins. i was wondering if they are rather common here in the usa. they where shipped out of the fish ponds of thailand and the pacific rim before the tsunami. just curious

Ken,

The long finned C. aeneus are a man made mutant, the same job has also been done on C. paleatus and C. panda. Personally I do not like these fish, for me there are plenty of natural unchanged species to keep, around 300 in all.
