According to Shane, Farlowella acus isn't exported to the hobby.
The fish look like F.vittata to me.
I would say you had two males there. The fish in the second photo is definately a male, but if the other one also has a short hairy rostrum (looks like that in the first pic) then that's a male too.
As Racoll said, most certainly F. vittatus. Looks like two males. F. acus is endangered and now limited to a few streams in the Lake Valencia and upper Rio Tuy basins. It is not exported as an aquarium fish. It is also easily identifiable by its very short, broad rostrum.
