Maybe it will catch on. I guess we could write an article for the PI explaining they are widely eaten in South America and provide some recipes. In Trinidad they make a nice pleco curry soup.

I guess that recipe can be used with just about any cheap fish, right? I'm always up for some nice, different recipies, and I'm sure that Cod or other "white" fish will work just as well as Pleco, in case I don't fancy getting the returned Commons from my LFS for the dinner-table [probably not much more expensive than cod, but a bit...]
