Nothing valuable in Cat-eLog, Fishbase has some more, but nothing really useful: http://filaman.ifm-geomar.de/Summary/Sp ... hp?id=9620

Seems like a small riverine specie, so low pH and hardness is the ideal water conditons....

Hi!

Just out of curiosity: Where would you get these from? AFAIK theres no exporter of sweetwater fishes in Kenya. So if they appear on any stocklist Id be highly suspicious if they are not in the 50-100 euro price range due to their rarity.

Hi!

Did he get them from Kenya? If not I highly doubt that he has the true one. More likely the zebrinus hybrid or something similar.

I'll post a pic when I get them, for sure. They have to give up their fish, and I'm taking them.

I'd trust this particular fellow hobbyist, but, in reality, it doesn't matter (though I'd want to know!).

I just got the fish yesterday, and I'll try and get a pic up after they've acclimated a bit. When I got up this morning to flick the light on, I could see them swimming around in the dark.

What should I be looking for?
