These are very skittish nervous fish, often prone to swimming into the glass hard when aggitated (and breaking it!). They grow to over 4 feet long. But i dont care how big it grows, ill get a tank its happy in
In my opinion some fish are not suitable for life in an aquarium (no matter how big).
This is one of them.

If you're planning to build a tank, I'd start planning one that is at least 16 x 8 x 8 foot, preferrably bigger. And start thinking about the foundations to tolerate a load of 7600 gallons of water. That's 28800 liters -> 29 tons/64000 pounds (about the maximum loaded weight of a full-size freight-lorry without trailer).
This of course doesn't solve the issues of skittishness and prevalence in breaking glass, but at least it should have somewhat suitable living space.
Since this sort of tank-building project will take some time to plan and accomplish, I think you should start planning it now, so that when your fish is a couple of feet long, you have the tank ready to move into...
You'll also have to consider the consequences of having a indoor swimming pool at around 25'C - condensation is a big problem, for example. Heating it will most likely be a case of heating the entire room to 25'C, as this will reduce the amount of condensation.
You'll also need another 4 foot or so on one side of the tank to get the filtration system in place.
