Hi guys I am new in the forum , I do not know where to put my question regarding my shovelnose, can anyone tell me where to post it. It has big pop eyes, I have already treated with waterlife but still the same.

But to accurately advise you on what to do, it would be necessary to know more. First of all, can you give test-results for the water quality in the tank:
Nitrate
Nitrite
Ammonia
pH
hardness (GH & KH preferably)
Temperature
Also, what size is the fish, and what size tank is it in?
How often do you change water?
What other fish does it share the tank with (species, size and number of)?
What kind of filtration do you use?
What are you feeding the fish?
Do you regularly add anything to the water in the tank?
