Parasites?

Ok my girlfriends tank seems to contain a number of small creatures il copy and past her exact description from MSN

"basically they are small and white, they crawl on the glass at abou tthe same speed as an ant. they are about the size of a fully sharpened pensil."

"i can barely see themsmyself!!!!"

"bout 3-4"

"they travel all directions"

she things they are fish lice which is very likeley I think

What is the best thing to treat It with? mabe just a basic Parasite treatment?

water quality is perfect filtered by the largest possible internal filter contains a small Queen Arabesque, A siamese Fighter, an apple snail and some baby ramshorn snails that got in from my own tank.

They are more likely planaria. Do a forum search for this term.
